Hi There! My name is Phoenix-But I'm so cool you can just call me the Nixster. Or Nix. Or really it doesn't matter much to me because I'll be so happy to be with you! I am about 3 years old, and I've been told I'm a mix of Lab and Pit Bull Terrier. I weigh about 60 lbs, and I have a charming smile, which you can see if you look at some of my photos.


I am a very sweet dog, and many people will attest to that! When I was a little over a year old, Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation met me, and decided to try to find me a great home. After over half a year, I got a home-it was awsome! I got to go on long walks, play lots of fetch and get a lot of love. That was about 6 or 7 months ago, now I'm back at Lost Dog Rescue's ranch. My adopter decided it wasn't such a great match, and brought me back.


I've had a rotten christmas, and I'd love it if someone could promise me a great new year with a new home! I'm trying to be patient at the ranch, but it'd be really helpful if someone could open their heart and their home and adopt me. I'm really smart (hey-how many dogs write their own blogs!) and I love people, and while I like being the only dog, I have discovered that some dogs aren't so bad.
